Prices.  Click on Excel Software and Support Prices for complete pricing information.  You'll find that the Premium Solver Platform is remarkably inexpensive compared to the $3,000 to $5,000 (or higher prices in other countries) you'd pay for "algebraic modeling" optimization software, plus the $3,000 to $5,000 or more you'd pay for compatible Solvers -- often with fewer capabilities than the Premium Solver Platform.  If you are ordering for several users,ask us about quantity discounts and Flexible Use Licenses.

What's Included.  The Premium Solver Platform V8.0 supports all recent versions of Excel (Excel 2007, Excel 2003, Excel XP and Excel 2000) on Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, or Windows 2000.  It comes with a comprehensive User Guide and extensive online Help.  You can order today with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Annual Support Contracts.  An Annual Support Contract for the Premium Solver Platform V8.0 is required for the first year, and at all times in order to obtain software upgrades and technical support beyond basic installation assistance.  An Annual Support Contract includes:

  • A limited warranty for the functionality and performance of the software product 
  • All software upgrades for the product released during the contract term
  • Ability to trade in this product for an even more powerful Excel Solver product
  • Access to protected support pages of our Website
  • Technical support by phone and email during normal business hours
  • Up to 15 minutes of consulting assistance arising during the contract term

Evaluation Versions.  If you want to "try before you buy," simply register by filling out a simple form, then download the Premium Solver Platform V8.0 PSPSetup program.  You'll receive an evaluation license code which will allow you to use the full featured, full capacity, full speed version of the Premium Solver Platform 15 days, free of charge.

Version Upgrades.  If you own an earlier version of the Premium Solver Platform, you'll receive an automatic upgrade to V8.0 at no extra charge if you have a current Annual Support Contract (if you aren't current, see our instructions for "catching up" on annual support and paying the difference in price).

Product Upgrades.  If you have a licensed copy of the Premium Solver or the Premium Solver Plus, you can upgrade and receive a credit for the product you own, if you have a current Annual Support Contract (if you aren't current, see our instructions for "catching up" on annual support).  Contact us for the amount of the credit.
