If you're ready to order, our sales and customer service people (info@solver.com) can give you online access to our "customers only" Website, http://premium.solver.com. You can use this site to enter an order, review a price quotation, pay an invoice by credit card, or review transaction history. This is an online "portal" to Frontline Systems' worldwide accounting and customer relationship management system, so a quotation, order or invoice entered by any means will appear here. Customers with Annual Support Contracts can also use http://premium.solver.com to access our "customers only" knowledgebase, download customer-specific files, support or consulting documents, create a new tech support "case" and ask for assistance, or review past cases, including each case's history of requests and responses. Most requests by ordinary email are also captured and may be viewed via this portal. Even if you don't yet have access to Premium.Solver.com, if you're registered on this Website and are currently logged in, you can download a fully functional, full capacity and speed version of any Frontline Systems Excel Solver product, and put it to use immediately. You can also view, or download, save and print, the full User Guides in PDF format for any of these products immediately. The only difference between an evaluation license version and a full license version of these products is the license code that you enter when you run the Setup program, which gives you a temporary or permanent license.
